ESS is the market leading support services division of Compass Group, partnering with major companies throughout the resources sector. A rare Project Administrator opportunity has arisen, working across our Mine Site Cleaning contract in the Bowen Basin.

The Position
- Project administration and support across our Mine Site Cleaning contract with flagship client.
- Portfolio includes 7 mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin, cleaning contract only.
- Ad-hoc administration duties and support to our Site Supervisors
- Provide training in the use of internal systems (Deputy, My service & CHESS)
- Staff engagement and development, modelling positive working relationships, demonstrating trust, care and respect
- Support client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are followed
- Weekly visits to sites between Blackwater to Moranbah (approximately 3 days per week)

The Person
- Experience in remote Project or Site Administrator positions
- Experience managing multiple site relationships and operational deadlines with competing priorities
- High level skills MS work, Excel & PowerPoint
- High level of communication skills, Ability to engage effectively with various sites and teams with various needs and skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage divergent work types and priorities simultaneously
- Invoicing experience highly desired
