**This role is to support the Employee Relations team with the following**:
- Provide managers with support on a wide range of non-complex case management and employee concerns to ensure matters are resolved quickly and effectively and in compliance with policies.
- Provide support for small number of workers compensation claims nationally
- Manage effective and timely return to work program for injured employees
- Liaise with managers, employees, insurers and medical practitioners regarding work related injury claims and injury management strategies
- Provide delivery of specialist advice and support to managers and employees for general queries related to policies and ER resources.

**Other key skills required include**:
- Experience in managing non-complex case management and employee concerns
- Experience in managing workers compensation claims and return to work strategies
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline or some relevant experience
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders and colleagues
- Able to multi-task and prioritise to meet demands
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection
- Highly organised with a methodical approach and an eye for detail
- Able to work as part of a team, self-motivated and able to use your own initiative
- A continuous improvement mindset
