About the role

As a Member Experience Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our membership growth efforts. You will be responsible for driving membership sales, building relationships with potential members, and providing exceptional customer service. Your goal is to ensure that every member who walks through our doors finds their perfect health, fitness and aquatic solution with us.


Key Responsibilities

Sales: Actively seek out and engage with potential members, conduct tours of the facility, and present membership packages to meet their needs. Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing members, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. New member follow-Up: Manage leads and follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into memberships. Member Engagement: Assist with member activations and events. Discontinued member f ollow-Up: Follow up discontinued memberships and actively collect information regarding the reasons for discontinuation. Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, membership trends, and feedback to help the Team Leader refine sales strategies.


What you will need

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Passion: A genuine interest in health, fitness and aquatics and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate our members’ schedules. Qualifications: Current CPR certificate and Employee Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain prior to employment. Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a fitness or retail environment, is preferred but not required.
