We have an opportunity for an experienced Client Implementation Manager to join our team to manage the end-to-end customer implementation function, ensuring proper staffing, policies, procedures and work tools are in place to support the function. In doing so, you will work closely with new clients reconfirming their requirements and implementing the set-up, testing and transfer of systems and information, facilitating a smooth transition.

Taking on this role you will have extensive client and internal stakeholder interaction, utilising your expertise in building and maintaining strong working relationships and will gain the opportunity to expand your networks and career opportunities in a truly global banking environment.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

Maintaining all new and existing business relationships for complex, high-value clients locally and in the Asia Pacific region, to successfully manage implementation processes. Efficiently managing the resolution of client issues through effective problem solving and timely communication. Monitoring system performance, ensuring customers are notified of delivery delays and system-related issues. Arranging post-implementation reviews to obtain feedback for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction. Contributing to team engagement through providing support to new and existing colleagues as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Experience in client implementation, ideally in a transaction banking or commercial banking environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proven and progressive cash management / payments product set-up and management experience or equivalent an advantage but not essential. In-depth knowledge of commercial cash management and electronic banking products an advantage but not essential. Project management experience managing and implementing projects with experience in commercial banking an advantage. Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions through strong problem solving skills and lateral thinking. A good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues.

Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
