Role: GTRF Client Implementation Manager


In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for our clients, working closely with various teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain high-quality customer service.


Main Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding and maintaining clients on digital platforms
  • Coordinating timely delivery of products and services
  • Enhancing client relationships through training and advice
  • Project managing customer implementation with a focus on quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of global trade and receivables finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Experience with change management processes
  • Understanding of SWIFT and SAP is advantageous
