**About the role**:
In your role as Client Implementation Analyst you will work with the team managing AU and NZ Cash Management and Deposit implementation standard and intermediate project and is responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of the eBanking and Cash Management and Deposit system setup for new and existing Corporate and Institutional Bank clients. Representing MUFG Bank as the client facing contact and is responsible to deliver an exceptional customer experience for successful project implementation to Corporate and Institutional clients.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- To market, implement, train and provide day to day support to the prospective and existing clients on the bank’s platform which includes Cash, Trade and FX services
- Manage client and internal partner expectations and provide consultative advice regarding product and technical aspects of TBD solutions
- Manage client meeting and participate in product presentations and system training
- Drive customer satisfaction and ease of onboarding through being the dedicated point of contact to the client and handholding the client through the various stages of project life cycle until project Go-Live
**Wh**at we are looking for**:
- 1+ years’ experience at a domestic or international bank or Financial Institution. Preferably with eBanking systems and client Implementation experience.
- Undergraduate Business in a relevant field
- Proficiency in the full suite of core Microsoft products
- The ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
- Has strong interpersonal and presentations skills
- Is a team player
- Has the ability to work independently and prioritise a number of tasks across various work streams and alongside a number of stakeholders
