Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Remuneration Adviser on an initial contract until April 2026.
Join our small but impactful team, where we deliver a range of services and solutions to our internal customers. Reporting to the Manager, Remuneration & Organisational Design, this role will encompass remuneration advice and processes, employee benefit strategies and organisational design frameworks.
Here's what you’ll do
- Develop, maintain and implement remuneration and benefit strategies, systems, practises and processes.
- Advisory - Provide advice, education and coaching on remuneration frameworks, supporting administrative structures to stakeholders including People Business Partners and Leaders.
- Benchmarking – undertake research and benchmarking activities to support remuneration frameworks and principles and coordinate data submissions for participation in remuneration surveys.
- Coaching - Support the broader Remuneration & OD team with advice on remuneration and employee benefits, role design and job evaluation and employment contract review.
- Benefits – Promote the many great employee benefits we have in creative and engaging ways.
- Reporting – undertake reporting reviews for compliance purposes.
- Stakeholder relationships – Work with a range of varied stakeholders, including People Business Partners, HR Central, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Finance, Payroll, leaders in the business.
- Continuous improvement – Share ideas and thoughts on how we can continue to improve the way we do things through not just dedicated projects but in our day to day.

Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in providing advice on remuneration, benefits and organisational design contemporary frameworks, systems and principles.
- High level of analytical, research, data analysis, high attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Mercer CED job evaluation systems (or similar job evaluation technique).
- Knowledge of remuneration frameworks and principles, organisational design, benefits and HR systems
- The ability to work on multiple projects, managing multiple relationships, and deliver on short time frames.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills.
