About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a private healthcare environment where you will contribute to the next stage of strategic growth. As a Senior People and Capability Advisor, you will be responsible for coaching and advising senior leaders on day-to-day people matters and leadership effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and provide advice to senior leaders on day-to-day people matters and leadership effectiveness
  • In partnership with senior leaders and P&C, promote and execute Icon programs, including performance, rewards and recognition, sustainability, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience
  • Assist leaders in the correct application and interpretation of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
  • Advise leaders on informal procedures for poor or underperformance and working with the ER team on case management
  • Guide leaders during remuneration reviews to ensure all processes are fulfilled and in accordance with Remuneration Policy and salary banding model
  • Work with leaders to ensure training and development plans are in place
