Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Analyse, manage and maintain the internal CRM to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales best practices.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and revenue targets.
  • Participate in industry events and seminars to network and promote the company's offerings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Revenue Enablement Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience and expertise with Salesforce and CRM systems
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to analyse market trends and sales data.
