Exciting Opportunity: Lease Administration Manager 

  • 6 Months Contract (Potential Extension)
  • Payrate - $80-$95 p/h (Inclusive of Super)
  • Location: Sydney

Are you a dynamic individual ready to take on the challenge of Lease Administration Manager? Join our Asset Management - Retail team and be at the forefront of shaping the future of retail leasing 

Job Purpose:
The Lease Administration Manager efficiently coordinates lease contracts between tenants and owners. If you excel in managing legal obligations and minimizing risks, this role is for you 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with lease limits and property management agreements
  • Promote 'Lease Administration Excellence' vision
  • Manage solicitor instruction process to safeguard owner income
  • Prepare, issue, and amend letters of offer and disclosure statements
  • Monitor tenant requests and manage commercial/legal amendments
  • Review and finalize lease documents for execution

Experience and Qualifications:

  • MUST have previous retail lease/Property Legal administration experience
  • Degree in a legal discipline preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in property or legal industry
  • Knowledge of Yardi considered advantageous

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Ability to negotiate and manage supplier services
  • Working knowledge of Retail Leases Legislation
  • Commercial and legal acumen in lease negotiation
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
