Join our dynamic team in Wetherill Park, NSW We are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers and are looking for a Service Operations Manager to oversee our aftermarket function and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.

The Role

As a Service Operations Manager, you will:
Develop and implement strategies to grow our aftermarket and service business, manage forecasts, and ensure the delivery of aftermarket revenue targets.
Provide technical support and training to ensure our service team is skilled and certified, while ensuring quick response times to service requests and maintaining up-to-date Work In Progress (WIP) reports.
Prepare and follow up on customer repair quotations, maintaining control of company assets including service department equipment and tooling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, resolve customer complaints, and manage and coach the performance of team members.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, resolve customer complaints, and ensure satisfactory solutions.
Manage and coach the performance of individual team members, conducting regular meetings to encourage employee feedback.
Support company objectives in line with ISO 9001 quality accreditation.
Ensure a safe working environment through risk assessments and maintaining safety standards.

About You
Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in PC skills (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to meet deadlines and organize work priorities.
Flexible with a "can-do" attitude, willing to travel as required (30% travel across the region).
Background in management - technical, mechanical, or engineering, with experience leading a team of technicians or trades.
Prior experience in spare parts support is a plus.
