Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Supervisor to join Service Stream in our Wetherill Park office.

About the Role

Service Stream's Utilities division are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team of qualified electricians performing meter installations.

This role is paramount to the success of our meter installation operations and offers the right candidate a busy and exciting role where no two days are the same.

Nature of position: Permanent, full-time
Location: Wetherill Park, NSW
Reporting line: Field Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of field-based meter technicians comprising employees and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with both safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct a mixture of live and post audits.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure reporting in safety systems and auditing KPI's are met.
  • Solve operational issues and liaise directly with the client to deal with any escalations.
  • Motivate and encourage the team.
  • Co-ordinate and assist in the training and ongoing development of all staff and subcontractors.
  • Work with the back of house team to ensure work is scheduled accurately and appropriately.

About You

To be successful in this position you would have the following qualifications:

  • Electrical Licence.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable)
  • CPR and LVR
  • Previous experience in meter replacement works (CT metering experience desirable).
  • Proven client management skills.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to get the best out of a workforce.
