ABOUT THE ROLE
Over the course of the last several years, TAFE NSW has invested in strengthening and expanding its reach to regional, rural, and remote NSW through the construction and delivery of 22 Connected Learning Centres, 92 Mobile Training Units and 203 Connected Learning Points across the State.
The Senior Manager Specialist Learning Spaces is responsible for leading in the implementation, operationalisation of these specialist assets by ensuring a consistent state-wide, future focused framework is adopted.Working closely with delivery team and supporting teachers and teams to better understand each of these specialist spaces, build their capability and confidence to maximise their impact.
ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you will be a passionate leader who is highly knowledgeable about quality learning practices and the implementation of improvement strategies that provides an exceptional educational experience for both teachers and students. You will have demonstrated experience in and capability in integrating technology, learning spaces, educational design and delivery to enhance the learner experience and outcomes.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be able to articulate projects and future plans to your team, the broader business, and key stakeholders. This will be supplemented by your high-level negotiation and influencing skills that will enable you to engage with a broad range of client groups with diverse interests to support and drive sustained change.
You will lead and motivate your small team who are motivated to deliver high level results and encourage collaboration and new ideas.
You will be wiling to travel to learning spaces across the state to rollout projects and provide support for your team and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE This position offers a base salary range of $183,633 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. You will enjoy a 38 hour working week, access to multiple benefits such as flexible work arrangements, fitness passport, employee wellbeing, and assistance programs.
