This is a critical role in our business in which you will be working in a team environment to support our teams, both in office & the field.
Day to Day, you will be:
- Providing 6 star customer service by resolving escalated Helpdesk Tickets and ensuring a friendly, quick, helpful experience for our Staff.
- Provide operational and technical support to users.
- Deploying hardware and software across the business.
- Using Intune to configure profile/group policies
- Managing assigned tasks relating to technology roll outs and service
improvement initiatives - Performing maintenance and audit tasks as required, providing level 2/3 assistance to the L1 service desk team.
About you:
You will be a strong communicator, who prides themselves on being able to get the right information from people to fix their problem. Your written and verbal communication and presentation skills are impeccable.
You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in technical support, and ideally hold technical certifications or a qualification such as a Cert IV in IT or Bachelors in Comp Sci / IT will be highly regarded.
What technology experience do you need?
- Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, in all aspects of their deployment, configuration and maintenance
- Cloud services, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Intune, Sharepoint
- Microsoft Office suite and Modern Workplace solutions
- Advanced Windows 10 and 11 Enterprise troubleshooting
- Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
- Scripting and automation using tools such as Powershell.
