Techtalent is in search of a proficient and driven Level 2-3 Desktop Support and Device Replacement Specialist to play a pivotal role in maintaining and supporting a sophisticated network infrastructure.

**PRIMARY DUTIES**:
Deploy, maintain, and offer support for ICT systems, specializing in operating systems, Microsoft 365, desktop and mobile hardware, conferencing room hardware and software, as well as fundamental network concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN), antivirus solutions, and scripting technologies.

Participate in the statewide implementation of new ICT hardware, necessitating occasional travel and after-hours deployments.

Provide expert guidance, consultation, and negotiation to personnel across all levels concerning Information Systems infrastructure and facility operations.

Cultivate a culture of high-quality customer service by adhering to meticulous system documentation and continuously striving for enhancements in work procedures.

Contribute to cohesive teamwork within the Technology Services Group by engaging with team members and supporting service delivery to the department.

Engage in analytical and problem-solving endeavors for the maintenance and support of a sophisticated Windows network environment.

**TECHNICAL/OPERATIONAL PROFICIENCY**:
Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting modern Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10 or 11), Microsoft 365 (including Teams), desktop and mobile hardware, and conferencing room hardware and software.

Proven analytical prowess in identifying, investigating, and resolving issues during ICT device deployment undertakings in a large and intricate environment.

Capacity for proactive action through self-initiation and an openness to exploring innovative methodologies.

Familiarity with ITIL principles and experience with contemporary IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as Service Now.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES**:
Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience in desktop support and device replacement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Willingness to travel and engage in after-hours deployments.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $115,175.11 per year
