We are partnering with a fast-growing business to find a highly experienced Head of Operations to lead their operations and drive efficiency. About the Role
As the Head of Operations, you will work alongside the executive team to oversee the daily operations and ensure that all processes are running smoothly. You will play a critical role in refining internal processes, managing the operations and administration teams, and implementing strategies that enhance overall business efficiency as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, recruitment, HR, and analytics, ensuring seamless operations across all departments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations and administration teams.
• Drive the implementation of new initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external service providers (legal, accounting, IT, compliance) to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors to control costs and stay within budget.
• Continuously analyse and optimize internal processes to maintain flexibility and growth.

About You:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, human resources, IT, management, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in operations or management roles.
• IT experience desirable.
• Proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Office, with strong spreadsheet management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in process improvement.
• Experience working with small businesses or startups is highly desirable.
