This role will lead the strategic implementation of the Multi-tiered System of Support (MTSS), supervising intake & referrals, preclinical screening, diagnostic assessments, and case management strategies across CSPD.

The Head of Student Wellbeing Delivery will focus on enabling the wellbeing team, teachers and school leaders to understand and support the learning and psychosocial needs of all students, allowing them to flourish within a safe learning environment.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

The Head of Student Wellbeing Delivery will be a dedicated and experienced professional who is an expert in Student Support and MTSS Coordination. In this vital role, you will work closely with school leaders, teachers, and external agencies to foster effective communication and collaboration, ensuring that our students' needs are met through the comprehensive implementation of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and student care coordination. You will be responsible for structuring and gathering data on MTSS responses, which will inform our understanding of system impact and resource allocation, ultimately enhancing the educational experience for our students.

As a leader in our organisation, you will drive the development and delivery of a system-wide approach to identifying student needs through rigorous analysis of academic data, preclinical screenings, and diagnostic assessments. You will lead the development of case-management practices and systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing Connected Catholic Communities by forming and sustaining partnerships with Primary Health Networks and other allied health and social service providers to facilitate targeted interventions for students and their families.

You will also oversee the system for intake and referral processes for students requiring additional support services, ensuring efficiency and timely responses. You will develop the data sets that will be used to report to our stakeholders on student risk, safety and the efficacy of our support systems. **ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- Advanced tertiary qualifications in a related field
- Significant experience in educational and system leadership
- Current Working with Children Registration
- Capacity and desire to contribute to the ethos and strategic intent of Catholic schools Parramatta Diocese.
