Job Description

  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process within the department.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and decision-making support to senior management.
  • Drive the financial performance of the company through effective resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with different departments for financial planning and budgeting.
  • Manage financial risks and opportunities.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
