Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Group FP&A team as a key member, supporting the consolidation of financial results and forecasts for all business units across the Group. This role involves providing critical data analytical support to the Finance Business Partnering and broader Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate weekly metric reporting to key stakeholders.
- Consolidate LFS's Financial Planning and Analysis processes for RAI and Opex, interacting with Finance and business team leads as required.
- Assist in executing month-end processes to facilitate completion within prescribed timeframes and coordinate delivery of monthly performance metrics reporting to management and the Board.
- Monitor monthly performance across business units, conducting data mining and analysis.
- Support Budgets on Product, Segment, and Group basis for the Executive team and the Board.
- Contribute to presentations for the Board, CEO, CFO, external ratings agencies, Debt investors, etc., on an as-needed basis.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve current reporting and planning processes.
- Act as a key liaison point for all Group FP&A queries.
- Tertiary qualification in finance or a related field.
- 2+ years of finance or financial audit experience.
- Outstanding Excel/PowerPoint skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal), including organizing/presenting data.
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, including thoroughness in reviewing data, processes, and documentation.
- Proactive and inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to demonstrate the Latitude values and behaviors.
- Anaplan (or equivalent Planning/Budgeting system) experience (desirable).
