We are seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist for an exciting part-time opportunity The practice is fast paced, but the team culture is truly second to none. With no weekend work required, this is a great opportunity to regain that work life balance

As a part-time receptionist in our practice, you will: 

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
  • Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Making patients aware of dental services and offers
  • Handling payments
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner


 You'll be: 

  • Available to work on Wednesday's and Friday's is a must
  • Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential
  • You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
