Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic business? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and building high-quality candidate talent pools.

What will you do?

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from screening to onboarding

  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and talent pools

  • Ensure timely employment offers and streamline onboarding processes

  • Conduct employment reference checks and maintain recruitment administration

  • Foster relationships with a pool of qualified talent for future positions

  • Stay current with industry trends and talent acquisition strategies

  • Provide coaching and guidance on recruitment to hiring managers

  • Establish and monitor recruitment metrics for process efficiency

  • Support employee offboarding processes and contribute to risk management

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience full lifecycle recruitment in the manufacturing/construction industry

  • Proven track record in filling manufacturing roles directly through strategic sourcing methods

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment within a large and complex organisation

  • Collaborative team player with excellent relationship management skills

  • Keen eye for detail, high levels of accountability and ownership

  • Ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment

  • Proficient with LinkedIn, SharePoint, and online job boards

  • Familiarity with HRIS, Workday experience highly advantageous

  • Expertise in collating data, metrics, and providing insightful reports
