About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People Partner to join our team as we continue on our transformation journey - set to be one of the largest transformational programs in Australia


Reporting to the General Manager - People, this newly created role will see you partnering closely with the Senior People Partner - Transformation and the One Endeavour Transformation program teams to translate business needs into effective people practices that positively drive overall performance.

What you'll do:

  • Partner at all levels to support the effective delivery of the Transformation People Strategy and Endeavour People Strategy, including building effective talent pipelines, supporting the evolution of the program operating model and ways of working, and talent and succession discussions.
  • Build leadership capability through coaching and support alignment to the leadership framework.
  • Provide actionable insights to leaders on trends in HR data and provide support and coaching to act on employee data.
  • Support the implementation of people change initiatives, including embedding principles in the change and helping leaders deliver and embed change.

Who you are?

You're someone who wants to step into a Business Partnering role, with prior experience in engaging with leaders and influencing stakeholders.

You drive performance and outcomes by inspiring teams and creating a culture of trust, inclusion and collaboration and are able to lead through ambiguity.

You're curious, authentic and seek to understand different perspectives with a pragmatic and flexible approach; with a customer centric and innovative mindset.


You'll also have:

  • Previous experience in a business partner role or similar. E.g. HR Business Partner, Talent, Team Services, L&D, O&D.
  • Experience working in organisations experiencing largescale change and transformation.
  • The ability to articulate vision and enable transformation.
  • Critical thinking skills, paired with strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail fundamentals.
  • The ability to translate customer and data insights into meaningful and relevant action.
  • Retail, FMCG or related industry experience is desirable.
  • Relevant Tertiary Degree qualifications are desirable.
