Help shape the future of children in our care
C&K have 2 x Permanent Part Time (20 hours a week) opportunities. One role can be based in Brisbane (Kedron) while the other will be based in Cairns.
As the Assistant to Regional Managers and Operation team members, you will provide high level administrative support to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
Some of your key accountabilities will include:
Manage schedules and diaries of Regional Managers and organise travel and accommodation arrangements. Provide comprehensive administrative support for meetings, including recording and distributing minutes and collating meeting documents. Review, summarise, and organise key documents, reports, and correspondence. Assist in organising internal events. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed. Answer and direct queries to appropriate person and escalate concerns according to priority. Manage credit card purchases, receipts and invoice and payment requisitions. What you’ll bring
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
Desirable
Hold tertiary qualifications in a business-related field (desirable) Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (desirable)Why C&K?
