Our client is a Tier 1 client in Financial Services sector. They are seeking a Senior Functional Analyst with extensive experience in PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) to play a pivotal role in the implementation, enhancement, and support of our financial systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 module and a proven track record of successful project implementations and system optimizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional specifications and system designs.
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and testing of PeopleSoft FSCM modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Purchasing.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior analysts and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional designs, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to PeopleSoft FSCM functionality, configurations, and integrations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and related financial systems.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Consultant specializing in PeopleSoft FSCM.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Purchasing.
  • Strong understanding of financial business processes and best practices, with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage full lifecycle implementations of PeopleSoft FSCM projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience with PeopleTools, SQL, and other relevant development tools and technologies is a plus.
  • PeopleSoft certification(s) preferred.
