What you'll do:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will occupy a central position within our operations. Serving as a proficient authority on their clinical product, you will engage closely with both internal departments and external clientele. Your duties will encompass conducting co-designing sessions with clients, documenting workflows and system functionalities, and contributing to product releases. Your adeptness in communication and adept management of priorities will be instrumental in this capacity. This role presents an exhilarating opportunity to make substantial contributions to the company's innovative health informatics solutions.

  • Assume the role of a subject-matter expert for our clinical product, providing support to the existing customer base.
  • Lead co-designing and discovery sessions with clients.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to document user workflows, configurations, interfaces, and system functionalities.
  • Liaise closely with engineering teams to document underlying algorithms.
  • Develop user stories and effectively prioritize tasks with engineering teams.
  • Contribute to sprint prioritization and collaborate on product releases with Solutions Management and Product Management.
  • Aid in transitioning interfaces under code control.
  • Contribute to ideation for new functionalities and interfaces based on customer requirements.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations proficiently to cross-functional teams and management.
  • Support in developing user acceptance criteria and QA test plans.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Business Analyst role possesses extensive experience in healthcare informatics products, alongside a robust technical acumen and a user-centric approach. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are preferred, along with experience in SaaS products. Proficiency in integration utilizing HL7, FHIR, EDI, and Flat Files is highly advantageous. Above all, exceptional interpersonal skills, adeptness in managing competing priorities under deadlines, and a talent for nurturing strong relationships will distinguish you.

  • 4-6 years of experience in healthcare informatics products.
  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a technical / clinical field.
  • Strong technical, user-centric mindset, analytical skills, and ability to synthesize information into actionable plans.
  • Desirable experience with SaaS products.
  • Advantageous integration expertise using HL7, FHIR, EDI, and Flat Files.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under deadlines while managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
