We are working with a reputable professional services business who's head office is in Sydney, Australia, with a strong international presence. They are seeking a skilled and dynamic End User Computing Specialist to join their Service Desk team supporting end users across Australia as well as leading numerous projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for end users in Australia, ensuring a seamless and efficient end-user experience
  • Transition and support the migration to Microsoft Intune, taking a lead role in the implementation and ongoing maintenance
  • Initiate and lead the development of the Standard Operating Environment, enhancing the infrastructure for optimal performance
  • Mentor and up-skill the existing desktop support team to align with evolving technologies and best practices
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, contributing to a proactive and preventative support environment
  • Provide support for audio-visual rooms and equipment, ensuring seamless functionality for meetings and presentations.
  • Set up and configure meeting rooms to meet the technical requirements of professionals and clients

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EUC/desktop support
  • Experience with SOE engineering and build
  • Able to work with patch deployment
  • Supported SCCM and or Intune
  • Ideally worked with Microsoft Defender
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
