Nick Scali has been a household name for over 60 years. Nick Scali acquired Plush Sofas at the end of 2021, and now between the two brands we have over 110 showrooms throughout Australia and New Zealand.
As a market leader, we pride ourselves on being the experts in luxury furniture design.
We are seeking a sales-orientated Showroom Manager to lead our high-performing team in Caringbah.
As the manager, you will drive sales, promote a high-performing and collaborative culture, and ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest of standards.
About you:
Demonstrate a proven track record in selling high value items. Be driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated, Lead a successful team of Sales Consultants to drive our brand. Be available to work every weekend being our most critical and busy days. Immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment. Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills to be able to drive sales outcomes with every team member. Experience managing a Retail Sales team and increasing sales performance.About the role:
Maximise sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times. Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs. Leading a team to successfully achieve KPIs on daily & weekly targets Training and coaching new and existing staff as well as constantly developing your team. Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.Please note people only with the right to work in Australia should apply.
