As a market leader, we pride ourselves on being the experts in luxury furniture design.

We are seeking a sales-orientated Showroom Manager to lead our high-performing team in Caringbah.

As the manager, you will drive sales, promote a high-performing and collaborative culture, and ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest of standards.

**About you**:

- Demonstrate a proven track record in selling high value items.
- Be driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated,
- Lead a successful team of Sales Consultants to drive our brand.
- Be available to work every weekend being our most critical and busy days.
- Immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment.
- Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills to be able to drive sales outcomes with every team member.
- Experience managing a Retail Sales team and increasing sales performance.

**About the role**:

- Maximise sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
- Leading a team to successfully achieve KPIs on daily & weekly targets
- Training and coaching new and existing staff as well as constantly developing your team.
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
