: The Assistant Director, System Reform works under limited direction to establish and maintain positive relationships across the Education Directorate, the ACT Public Service and with education stakeholders to quickly develop an understanding of complex policy and operational matters to provide high-level advice to Executive and the Minister.The position will suit a flexible operator with demonstrated ability to think strategically, work efficiently, support a team and exercise strong judgement in relation to operational, policy and governance matters. This includes managing strategic reform programs including recommendations from the Royal Commissions - and implementation of the ACT Government'sand
