As the Strategic Enablement Manager, you will support the management of key enablement services in Group Compliance through the execution of business administration enablement services; monitoring of monthly expenditure and employee movements, governance and co-ordination of investment spend initiatives, action key people priorities, collation of submission of monthly committee reporting and ad-hoc activities.

What will your day look like?
This role will focus on;
Management of resource recruitment approvals and movements across business unit Central contact point to co-ordinate and support project management system updates BAU Budget & FTE reporting to ensure the functions remains with budget and FTE allocation Maintenance of functional and team structure documentation Oversight and governance over contract & investment spend management Collation, formatting and submission of monthly Committee reporting (risk forums, Exco and Board) Other enablement ad hoc requestsThe ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude and have adaptability with managing various requests, whilst working at pace. Referencing financial acumen and project management office experience to support your role.

Ability to engage and influence at all levels within the business unit Strong ability to collaborate with others Strong analytical and communication skills Demonstrated problem solving ability and ability to adapt quickly to new environments Financial reporting acumen Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet timelines Banking Experience desirable with a focus on ComplianceYou’re not expected to have % of these skills.
