HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented APS4 Level Case Management Support officer to join our team located in SURRY HILLS NSW. This is a vital position where you will be responsible for delivering operational and administrative support within the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) Case Management Branch.

Your role will contribute to improving the experience of current and prospective participants in our client's scheme by ensuring that applications for review are resolved in a timely and consistent manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and register new AAT matters.
  • Action and direct correspondence.
  • Analyse and assess AAT applications received by our client.
  • Prepare and file Tribunal documents within strict time frames.
  • Assess and respond to risks, including privacy considerations.
  • Organise assessments to support case manager's decision-making processes.

Key Skills Required:

  • Data, compliance, and quality reporting support.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff.
  • Support case management tasks.
  • Schedule meetings and timetables.
  • Note-taking during meetings.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in client systems and database management.
