What this opportunity involves:

JLL is seeking an Event Supervisor to work onsite with our new client, a global leader in CRM software, to support all experience and event requests at their flagship Sydney Tower. Join our Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) team and deliver best-in-class experiences that are uniquely delivered, ensuring a memorable client experience.

Overview of the role:

  • Manage operational excellence for holistic guest experiences
  • Plan and execute events, including executive receptions, partner events, and employee gatherings
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, vendors, and agencies
  • Ensure compliance with client design standards and brand guidelines
  • Manage event logistics, including health and safety requirements
  • Coordinate event spaces using internal tools and calendars
  • Maintain team documents, scripts, and playbooks
