Our People & Culture team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Business Partner to shape and elevate our people strategy at Versent. As we continue to grow, you'll play a key role in shaping the culture of our Technology practice as a trusted adviser, offering strategic insights and effective solutions for the team.
 

In your day-to-day role, you'll utilise your HR expertise to assist our leaders with essential activities, such as performance management, growth, talent management, and succession planning, with a strong focus on capability development, as well as attracting and retaining talent.

What you'll do:

Make an Impact:  Partner with, support, and coach senior executives and leaders to drive effective people strategies.

Lead Key Initiatives:  Spearhead programs in DEI, leadership development, and employee growth.

Be a Trusted Advisor:  Champion our Versent Culture OS & Values, helping us build a workplace that “attracts top tech talent to hone their craft”, whilst creating positive employee experiences.


What you'll bring:

5+ years in HR roles, including people partnering experience within a tech enterprise or professional services environment.

Proven ability to coach leaders and influence decision-making across all levels.

A deep passion for people and creating positive workplace experiences.


This role is 12-month maternity leave cover based in Melbourne with a hybrid working arrangement
