When it comes to your career, we want to provide big opportunities to help you make a big impact. But for this to be possible, we strive to feel small. Small enough to quickly change tack, small enough to learn from different departments and small enough to connect authentically with leadership.

This is your opportunity as the Internal Audit Manager, you will be part of a small team providing independent assurance to the Board, Audit Committee and Executive Leadership Team, to ensure that business processes and controls that manage key risks are adequately designed and are operating effectively.

You will be supporting the Global Head of Internal Audit in developing and delivering the Internal Audit Plan, executing process reviews and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and internal controls.

  • Evaluate governance, risk and control frameworks across the CAR Group

  • Timely follow up of audit issues, working closely with management to ensure actions address the risks identified
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicating internal audit outcomes with clarity and impact
  • Support the Head of Internal Audit in producing Audit Committee reports and other key Management reporting

Qualifications

  • Someone who demonstrates our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously)
  • Qualification in a relevant discipline, with professional accreditation (such as CA/CPA and/or CIA)
  • Proven experience in conducting effective risk-based assurance activities in a global complex business
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills combined with commercial thinking within a technology environment
  • Analytical and innovative thinker, who has a focus on continuous learning and process improvement
  • An eye for detail, but with an ability to take a holistic view and approach to identify common themes and underlying root causes.
  • Experience in utilising data analytics to provide assurance and insights
  • Someone with the ability to travel to our international business across the globe
