About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Auditor to join our team in Hawthorn. As a key member of our Audit, Assurance and Tax Team, you will be responsible for managing client engagements, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client engagements and deliver high-quality audit services
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of audit methodologies and procedures
  • Work closely with Audit Partners and Managers to deliver complex audit engagements
  • Stay up-to-date with Australian Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and reporting responsibilities

Requirements

  • CA ANZ/CPA qualifications or working towards them
  • Exceptional audit technical knowledge and research skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and positive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements
