About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day & assisting with the execution of Operational strategies as required. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Support Operational Management team in developing and implementing Action Plans as well as support in delivery of Projects and initiatives across Operational team.
  • Coordinate and communicate team forecasts/results for senior management.
  • Prepare monthly Operational reporting summaries for workflow, Change request and ETS’s.
  • Prepare reporting for monthly DBC Pricing reviews.
  • Screening and actioning of all phone calls and emails where required + preparation of Minutes and Agendas as required.
  • Organise team events/activities, travel, management of diary, appointments, meetings etc.

About you

  • Strong administrative skills within a Housing/Residential Construction/Real Estate/Property business is preferred.
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Visio is preferred.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen/awareness.
