Tuesday 4.30pm - 9.00pm (4.5 hours)

Friday 8am-3:00pm (6.5 hours)

  • General Duties include:_
  • Confirm client appointments
  • Answering phone calls and booking appointments/general diary management
  • Process payments and Medicare rebates
  • Scanning/faxing/uploading
  • General tidying up
  • Have administration experience
  • Be highly organised
  • Be able to prioritise and multitask
  • Have a professional but warm demeanour
  • Be tech savvy and proficient in using Microsoft office suite

BONUS - Experience using Power Diary
Pay rate above the Health Professionals and Support Services Award.
