St Paul's Catholic College, Manly is seeking a passionate, innovative and faith-filled Principal on a permanent full-time basis to lead the school community.

Commencing in Term 1, 2025 as an experienced educational leader you will ensure outstanding teaching practices which maximise the learning growth of every student. You are focussed on curriculum delivery and on effective pedagogical responses that emerge from collaborative data analysis. You will develop the capability of others to thrive in a collaborative culture of continuous improvement. As a practising Catholic you are able to build strong connections with the Parish and whole school community and ensure all students are inspired to know Christ and love learning.

At this time in its history, St Paul’s is a thriving Catholic college for young men that is performing very strong academically, providing outstanding care for the wellbeing of all and is a place where your interests, qualities, and skills will be welcomed, and your hopes and wishes will be fostered. 2025 will usher in a new era in the history of the college as it moves into a co-ed model and thus ushering in a whole new cohort of students into the community.
