Our Graduate Program
We recognise the value graduates add to our business. So, we designed a program that gives you meaningful work, access to experienced mentors and the opportunity to learn and grow. We are an action-oriented company where not only will you be developed but your ideas and suggestions are also always welcome
Throughout the 2-year program, your experiences will include day-to-day responsibilities, project work and both structured and on-the-job learning. We will connect you with mentors and provide opportunities to network with other graduates in the industry. It is important to us that you do “real work” and therefore you’ll be exposed to the full cycle of our operations.
Please note: This is a 2-year Graduate program that will complete multiple rotations across Brisbane, Railton, Tasmania and Clyde, NSW.
As a Technical Graduate
Throughout the 2-year program, you will immerse yourself developing an understanding of our portfolio of bulk products and how they perform in concrete, compliance and interchangeability. You will support research and development of new products ensuring our customers have fit for purpose products in line with carbon roadmaps. You will be involved in both routine and non-routine testing of cement, concrete and related products and assist with solving technical problems with the team.
About you
- You have or are close to completing a Degree in Materials Science, including but not exclusive to Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Civil Engineering (role commences January 2025 – or sooner if you are available)
- You have experience working in a team environment and autonomously when required
- You can build rapport and great relationships with a wide variety of people
- You are resilient, tenacious and enjoy solving complex problems
- You bring a positive attitude, a love of learning and a willingness to tackle whatever comes your way
- You have a high level of attention to detail
- You can travel for work
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise

Rotation Schedule
- Darra, Brisbane | 12 months
- Railton, Tasmania, | 6 months
- Clyde, New South Wales | 3 months
- Darra, Brisbane | 3 months
Benefits
- $80,800 package (inclusive of Super)

Step Seven – Hop on a flight to your future site for a full-day Orientation (Paid by us)
