We are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Reviewer I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Nurse Reviewer I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical trial protocols, patient records, and medical documentation to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to assess patient eligibility, adverse events, and protocol deviations, providing clinical insights and recommendations as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of nursing review processes and procedures to optimize data quality and integrity.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis activities, contributing to the interpretation and reporting of clinical trial results.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of nursing review activities and findings, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare-related field.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Previous clinical nursing experience, preferably in a research or clinical trial setting.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements related to clinical research.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
