Clinical Psychiatric Nurse Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychiatric Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. In this role, you will work closely with medical professionals and allied health staff to provide high-quality care to consumers with serious mental illnesses.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Undertake nursing duties and case management tasks in accordance with the Strengths Model of Recovery Orientated Practice.
- Liaise with families, internal and external healthcare professionals, and allied health staff to ensure comprehensive support for consumers.
- Administer medication as per hospital procedures, protocols, and policies.
- Contribute to clinical review processes and team activities.
**Requirements:**
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Nursing that meets registration requirements with APHRA.
- Enrolled Nurse Medication Endorsement.
- Post-registration qualification in a relevant area of specialty (or in process of achieving same).
- Current National Criminal History Check (or willing to obtain).

This position is based in the heart of Fitzroy, close to public transport options and amenities. As part of the St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne team, you will be working towards a positive outcome for all consumers and their families.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $70,751 - $73,897 per annum pro rata (based on 0.8 FTE). Please note that this is an estimated range and actual salaries may vary based on individual circumstances.
