Are you an experienced Valuations professional within Corporate Finance looking for your next exciting career move? Findex are currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Sydney team

As a Manager/Senior Manager in the Valuations team you will be required to have an ability to deal with a wide array of interesting and challenging engagements, for various purposes and client / industry types and differing levels of complexity. 

What will your typical week look like?

Manage delivery of predominately valuation services for small to medium enterprises to large private companies, small high growth emerging companies and listed public companies Opportunity to manage the delivery of other corporate finance services including financial modelling and/or transaction services (due diligence) Assist the senior team members in preparing proposals, engagement letters, pitch documents and participating in other business development activities Perform desktop industry research, research on comparable companies and precedent transactions

You are someone with…..

Experience in Corporate Finance primarily in the areas of Valuations Strong financial modelling and Excel skills and experience in reviewing and/or building financial (three-way) models. Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills Solid knowledge and hands-on experience writing reports
