This role will suit someone with exceptional attention to detail as you will be issuing letters of employment from our HRIS (Workday) and managing the due diligence process (reference, qualification, police and medical checks) as well as regular compliance reporting.

This is a 6-month part-time opportunity 20 - 25 hours per week.

What will you be doing?

Supporting the Talent Acquisition function by issuing contracts through our HRIS (Workday), ensuring compliance, facilitating audits and supporting due diligence processes for candidatesSupporting our high volume talent partners to ensure smooth processesCandidate management and support; triaging our Talent Acquisition inbox ensuring candidates have a great experienceAssisting with recruitment processes where possible

Talent Acquistion experienceA keen eye to spot mistakes and issues with the ability to facilitate audit and compliance within our system and for auditorsYou enjoy talking to candidates and supporting them through their onboardingA team player, you are happy to jump in help the team out where needed
