The role will provide expertise in driving continuous and efficient delivery across all of our Farming Operations, a hugely exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, analysing and evaluating operational efficiencies
  • Developing and implementing changes in order to minimise risk, and improve quality and productivity
  • Facilitate and foster a culture of continuous improvement, across multiple sites
  • Support CAPEX projects as a start-up lead and embedding Project Management methodology
  • Lead critical operational improvement initiatives

About You:

  • You will have a proven ability in applying problem solving tools/methodologies, as well as developing, monitoring and maintaining process control standards
  • Advanced technical skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a large organisation
  • Experience in delivering continuous improvement initiatives
  • Data analysis forms a key part of your toolkit, as does experience in managing Projects and delivering outcomes
  • You will also offer an understanding of Lean and process control principles (Six Sigma) with proven application for process optimisation
  • Tertiary qualified in an Engineering discipline, with hands-on industrial process experience
  • A high level of tenacity and determination
