Procreate are working with Aardvark Swift to find their first dedicated Engineering Manager to help lead the development teams in pursuit of their ambitious product roadmap.
You’ll use your deep technical experience and progressive people management skills to guide a small team of engineers in developing and shipping mission-critical features, solve complex technical problems, define the parameters of their projects, improve overall development efficiency and nurture Procreate’s internal engineering talent.
Procreate create exceptional tools by combining beautiful user experiences with high-performance engineering. Their products are used and loved by millions of people around the globe, and they aim to deliver the best creative software experience for their global community. The company stays independent and has been self-funded for over 10 years, receiving two coveted Apple Design Awards and has been the best-selling app on iPad for the past six years running.
One of the driving factors behind Procreate’s success is their close-knit teamwork. They believe the key to invention is the open flow of ideas and collaboration — revelling in the creative process and taking the time to hone their craft. Together they’re dedicated to building creative software that is powerful, accessible, and intuitive. They're not afraid to rethink, iterate and persist until they create the perfect product.
