HOBAN Recruitment is Hiring for an APS5 Level Information Management Role located in Deakin ACT.

About the Role:

  • Undertake research activities and tasks in information, records, and knowledge management.
  • Contribute tour client's objectives for a world-leading Scheme.
  • Organise workflow, make independent decisions, and lead team responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, apply, and disseminate specialist knowledge of our client's legislative obligations.
  • Develop and maintain policies and processes for records and information management compliance.
  • Provide specialist information management advice and recommendations.
  • Monitor Agency information management activities and contribute to improvement projects.
  • Assist in training, advice, and support on the Agency's records management system.
  • Additional Position Requirements:

Key Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience in digital sentencing complex records.
  • Customer service skills in records management, assisting with naming conventions.
  • Extensive experience with electronic documents and records management systems.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in SharePoint.
  • Experience with record point.
  • Commonwealth record-keeping frameworks.

  • Proven experience in information and records management.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
