**About the Role**:
As the APS5 Level Procurement (Labour Hire) team member, you will play a crucial role within the Procurement and Corporate Services Branch. Your responsibilities will involve providing expert procurement advice, ensuring compliance with policies, and contributing to the agency's success through efficient and effective procurement processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement team, managing confidential information.
- Offer procurement advice and support to the broader Agency.
- Ensure compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and Guidelines, the Agency Procurement Policy, and procedures.
- Track value for money outcomes and prepare reports against KPIs.
- Prepare various procurement-related documentation.
- Enter, extract, and manipulate data for accurate Agency reporting.
- Contribute to team and branch planning activities, identifying opportunities for improvements.

**About You**:
- Demonstrated understanding of federal government procurement processes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Intermediate understanding of the MS Office Suite.
- Experience managing high-volume requests and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to remain composed in a changing, fast-paced environment.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Previous experience using Procurement, HR, and/or Finance business systems.
- Highly desirable: Understanding or lived experience of disability.
- Be able to pass a National Police Check
