Role Overview:
As a Case Manager or a Case Management Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, planning, and coordinating relocation services for Defence personnel. You will work closely with individuals and their families, providing advocacy, support, and resources to ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships.
Liaising with relevant third parties to complete accommodation, travel and other relevant bookings associated with the relocation process
Proactive and technically competent administration of Defence relocation policy & entitlements ensuring benefits and entitlements are in accordance with policy and Client Key Performance Indicators.
Delivering a high-quality end to end relocation experience to your relocating ADF members and their families through world class case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution.
Expectation management ensuring Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
Administration of relocation service activities: coordinating bookings via 3rd parties
About you:
Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
Case Manager: Case management experience in a similar role would be advantageous (i.e., global mobility, assignment management, insurance or travel)
Case Management Associate: Strong background in administrative setting
Strong experience working in customer service industry
The ability to interpret policy and legislation
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
Strong attention to detail & time management skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
