About the Role:

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator Intern who willplay an integral part of the HR function at RES. The candidate will be responsibleto work alongside our inhouse Recruiter, supporting with hiring the very best talent for our business functions across Australia. You’ll be responsible for adding vacancies to job boards, managing the recruitment mailboxes, ensuring that all vacancies are kept up to date and supporting the recruitment team with all relevant projects. The ideal candidate will have administration experience, ideally within Recruitment or Human Resources. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Support the administration and co-ordination of the end to end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process. Manage the job postings process internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and branding is up to date. Coordinate all elements of candidate interview process including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing Video Conferencing, Teams, dial in details, CV, candidateconfirmation, update of ATS system and interview schedule tracker. Maintain all recruitment folders with up-to-date documents such as interview templates, interview guides. Support all aspects of the recruitment cycle, manage and review recruitment mailbox, job posts and respond to candidates queries within agreed SLA’s. Act as liaison with the HR Team andsupport recruitment activities. Participate in Recruitment projects. Be an exemplary role model to encourage the avoidance of risk-taking behaviors' across the business and provide the personal commitment never to “risk it”. Skills & Experience: Working towards tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related field Previous experience in recruitment or administration Strong organizational and communication skills  Microsoft office suite skills High attention to detail, efficient time management
