We are currently seeking a self-motivated, energetic and positive **Recruitment Coordinator** based in our Milperra office with flexibility to work from home part of the week. This role forms part of the largest account in the Pacific, you will be required to recruit a high volume of frontline employees.

You will be responsible for the end to end coordination and administration of the recruitment process and compliance. As part of the People & Culture team, you will be supported and you will work with local managers to achieve their recruitment outcomes.

This is an ideal role for someone with previous recruitment experience or a recent graduate who is looking for their opportunity.

**About the role**:

- Recruiting a variety of entry level front line employees and supervisory roles;
- Oversee the management and coordination of end to end recruitment activities including advertising, sourcing, selection, on boarding and reporting
- Actively managing recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines to ensure mínimal delay from vacancy to placement;
- Lead our recruitment information sessions and have the ability to coordinate all telephone, video and face to face interviews
- Communicating effectively with operational managers to coordinate placement

**About you**:

- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures;
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High level interpersonal skills
- Recruitment, Selection, and Mentoring competencies
- Experience with electronic recruitment systems (highly desirable)
